Limited Lifetime Warranty

EMERSON BENTLEY offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and spring construction against defective material or workmanship. EMERSON BENTLEY offers a one (1) year warranty on our seat cushions and back pillows against the loss of resiliency. Additionally we will replace or repair, at our option, any part or parts of our product found to be defective within one (1) year from the date of invoice. The terms of this warranty are valid only to the original purchaser and if the furniture has received normal usage and has not been subjected to abuse or misuse.

FABRIC: Upholstery fabrics are not guaranteed by the mills, therefore, we are unable to accept responsibility for wear, fading, pilling, crocking or shrinkage which are considered normal. Claims due to cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, improper cleaning or fabrics altered with any type of in-store or in-home chemical "after treatment" are not manufacturing defects and can not be honored.
